Wow, technology today isn't it amazing? A blog site- who even knew what that was 5 years ago???

Now we can all come to one place and talk about how awesome and exciting the classes, environment, and staff are at become fit. You can ask questions, make comments, and tell us all what a great or horrible job we are doing. Let us know your favorite instructor and why he or she is your favorite. Tell us what types of music you want to hear and any suggestions you might have. Giving us your feedback can only make us a better studio for you!!

WE WELCOME EVERYONE and thanks to those who are already a part of our studio. We love you guys!!!

Hey everyone.....I just wanted to let you all know that Become Fit is my favorite place. I started coming to BF when it first opened. I tried the first week free (it was great and kicked my butt) and enjoyed it so much that now I am signing up for the unlimited packages. I am getting the six-month unlimited package for Christmas. It's a great deal. All the classes you can take for $360.00 (if you purchase a package on the 19th or 20th of December). If you attend 5 classes per week for 6 months (24 weeks), that averages out to $15.00 per week or $3.00 a class. You can't beat that deal anywhere. Plus you can take more classes if you like which would bring the cost of the individual classes down even lower. The packages are a great deal.

All the instructors are wonderfully supportive and very encouraging. If you haven't visited the studio yet, I encourage you to do so. You won't regret it and I bet you'll get hooked on spinning and sports yoga too.

    Hi Everyone,

I am back from New York for the Holidays and ready to go!! I was gone for a week and missed the studio and all of you. I am so excited to be a part of such a great and exciting new venture and team. We are all working on getting creative with our music for the New Year and focusing on helping all of you reach your fitness goals. So, bring your heart rate monitor and come to a 5:15am Spin class that I teach and prepare to get the best and most fun 45 minute class you have ever experienced. Follow it up with the Sports Yoga and watch your body strengthen and gain flexibility for the ski season helping to prevent those common injuries.

We want to also hear from you. What do you like, what do not like, and how can we improve to make our studio the right fit for you and your friends?? Have a Happy New Year and looking forward to seeing or hearing from you soon!

    Hey everyone,

I hope you all have a safe and happy new year. Hopefully, I'll start seeing some more folks in the 5:15 a.m. spin class that I normally attend. I know it's early, but it's a great way to start your day. Get your spin on in the morning and the rest of your day goes smooth and you don't have to worry about making time for a class after work (unless of course, you want to take a yoga class to release all that stress from work).

Have a Happy New Year and remember, become fit is a great way to start keeping those new year's resolutions.

I LOVE BecomeFit! It's hard to say which class I like the best because I love them all. Today's 0815 Endurance spin was amazing. There were about 20 people and you could feel the energy in the room. Speaking of endurance spin classes - if you haven't tried it with a heartrate monitor, I highly recommend it. It takes your work out to a whole other level!

I couldn't agree with you more! It's such an amazing energy when everyone comes together and works towards their goals all in the same room. It's something I would encourage everyone to try, especially those that may be a little intimidated by a group setting because you will find that it's a lot more fun than you think! I agree with you on the heart rate monitor as well. It really allows you to have complete body awareness! It's definitely something I would recommend.
